Jørgen Korsgaard Jensen, CEO and founder 10 Years of experience in working with Research Institutions in relation to deployment of optical technologies. Graduated as Bachelor in Economics and Accounting in 1994 and in Sales and Marketing in 1996. Prior to going into the optical industry, Jørgen Korsgaard Jensen held over a 10 year period different management positions in major international companies with primary focus of Finance, Strategy, Purchase and Logistics.
		Claus Friis Pedersen, CTO 17 years of experience in the optical business working on telecommunication systems, optical sensors and high power lasers. Graduated as Electrical Engineer from DTU in 1990 and three years later received an (Industrial) Ph.D. in optical communications. Comes recently from a group leader position in NKT Research and has worked in R&D, product management and business development in both international groups and small start-up companies
